Apple iPhone/iPad Connection constantly drops
I have the same exact issue on my iPhone 14 Pro.
Other devices remain connected, but wifi drops and I get a self assigned IP. The device ends up reconnecting after 1-2 minutes.

What NG model product do you have?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers while at home to see if this changes any behaviors:
- Rkbe963 (router and 2 satellites)
Only customizations I did was setup wireless, disable UPNP, disabled 20/40hz coexistance.
I have randomized MAC disabled on my iPhone. Other devices on my network ( macOS, Windows pc, Google Home cameras/devices, TVs all work fine)What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR📡 and RBS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Are the separate 6Ghz and IoT networks enabled on the RBR?
Is Armor or SPC enabled on the RBR?
