AX is not turning on on Orbi router

hi there, i turn it on in the router webmenu, the router reboots, but no changes. It is still off

      What broswer are you using? 

      Try IE11, Edge or FireFox or Opera to see if same thing happens. 

      Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
