What model RBS do you have? RBS350s or 750s?
This is an important point. Netgear created an enormous problem when someone decided to create a "more affordable" package by bundling one RBR750 router with two RBS350 satellites. The correct firmware for that package is different from a package consisting of one RBR750 router and some RBS750 satellites.
