Bad WiFi while a satellite is connected to PS5 via Ethernet.
I’m not sure how to best describe this, but when my PS5 is connected to a satellite via an Ethernet cable as opposed to wifi, my wife’s devices (laptop/phone) all get really choppy connectivity problems. This is remedied by simply not using the Ethernet cable.
Is this something wrong specifically with my wife’s phone and laptop or is there anything I can check in the Orbi settings? Other devices in the house seem fine. I have 500 download speeds with my provider.
I think I have an RBR750 (w/ 2 satellites) purchased from Costco and this problem is relatively recent. Resetting modem and Orbi router/satellites did not fix anything.

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
What firmware is on the router and on the satellite?
You put its just your wife's devices that have issues. Do yours?
What specific devices does she have? (model numbers)
If anything else if connected to that satellite, are there issues?
