Blocked devices when disable parental control
Hi when I disable my parental control on my router via the Orbi App (because that is the only way it can be done) some of my devices which were previous in my always on device list of parental control suddenly get blocked.
When I enable parental control again they reappear again.
I have deleted all profiles from Parental control and also completely removed all devices present in "always on device list" and then tried it again.
Same issue arises.
So it is not in the firmware because this has not changed, and I can reproduce the issue by toggle parental control on and off.
How can this be fixed.

You might factory reset the Orbi system, set up from scratch using a PC and web browser connected to the RBR.

Go in to the RBRs web page and find Access Controls under Advanced Tab and see if you can control devices from here.
What model Orbi system do you have?
