Blocking services on guest network

A big thank you to those who have responded to my previous post.

I am trying to block the internet at night so that my kids are not distracted. I have assigned some fixed IPs to a few devices on the main network. I use this knowledge to block the IP range on main network 192.168.1.xx

My kids figured out that they can sign in to guest network and bypass this block. I need to keep the guest network ON as there is some use for it. But when I try to block services on guest network it doesn't allow me. It doesn't recognize 192.168.2.xx IP addresses. Can someone help me why this is not happening?

Thanks!

Can't block items on the GN.

Change the GN password and do not give it to the children. Only give it to the guests.
