Brother WiFi printer shows "Offline" after installing Orbi CBR750 modem/router
Brother WiFi printer shows "Offline" after installing my new Orbi CBR750 modem/router, running firmware version V3.2.16.18_1.4.8. It connects to the network, but when trying to print to it from multiple computers, it says "Printer not responding" or "Printer offline." Tried rebooting it, doesn't help. Don't know what else to do...
PROBLEM SOLVED! Reset the printer's network card after contacting Brother's chat support. Re-added the printer to the network and we're all good.
