Update: The issue has reproduced on firmware V7.2.8.5. Two devices failed this morning while other devices on the network retained full connectivity.
Affected devices and WiFi adapters:
- Windows 11 laptop — Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz
- Linux desktop (Kubuntu) — onboard WiFi adapter on 5GHz
On the Linux desktop during failure, ip neigh show confirmed:
192.168.1.1 dev wlp7s0 INCOMPLETE
INCOMPLETE means the kernel sent ARP requests and received zero replies from the router. Additionally, tshark capture on the Linux desktop confirmed continuous outbound ARP broadcasts for 192.168.1.1 with zero replies from the router — identical behavior to the previous capture on 7.2.8.2.
Key observations:
- Two different devices, two different operating systems, two different WiFi adapters failing simultaneously
- Both devices had strong signal
- Both devices retained valid DHCP leases throughout the failure
- Both devices remained 802.11 associated throughout the failure
- The Orbi sent zero ARP replies to either device

What driver version are you using on the Intel AX210 adapter?
What Windows 11 service pack are you using? 24H2 or 25H2?
What preferred band is set for the adapters? Auto or something specific. I usually set preferrred back to specific. My AX210 is set for 6Ghz.
What channels are you using on the RBR?
If other devices are maintaining connectoin while these two particular ones don't, poossible issue at thise two PCs or these adapters.
Something to contact NG support about as well. If there is something in the FW that needs fixing, they'll need to do it.
