Can’t roll back firmware update on RBR750
Hello
I made the mistake of upgrading my RBR750 and now my RBS350 satellites are having issues. Based on what I read I need to roll back to a non v7 update. When I try to download from NETGEAR and open the zip file I only get file fragments that don’t work. What am I doing wrong? Are there any other work arounds for the incompatibility issue between the router and satellites?

Just open the .zip file then use the RBRs web page to send down the .chk file to downgrade the RBR back to v4 version of FW. Once it's downgrade, then you could update the RBS to now supported v.31 FW first, then get the RBR back to same version.
- FishfriendzAspirantThanks for the reply. I was able to roll back to most recent v4. My satellite appears to be v4.6.3.16. But when I go to the netgear rbs350 page is says the version is 4.4.1.29. Which one should I have before updating to the v.31? Both satellites are saying they are out of sync
Ok if you have v4 back on the RBR, then you should be able to get the RBS updated to v7 now using there web pages if you have access to there web pages. Directly send the .chk files for the RBS using there web page. Once you send the last RBS update, go to re-update the RBR using the RBR .chk file:
