So using a wired PC and web brower pointed at 192.168.1.1 isn't getting the RBRs web page to come up?
If not, then you might do a factory reset on the RBR by pressing the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release. Give about 5 minutes then with one wired PC and web browser, walk thru the setup wizard:
