Correct. I'm wired to the Orbi RBR750 and 192.168.1.1 isn't getting the web page to come up.
I've got AT&T Fiber Model: BGW320-500
I've got the wifi turned off on it. It's directly connected to the Orbi for my home network.
I was hoping to avoid a factory reset, but looks like that's the route I need to take.

Before you do a massive reconfiguration, you should check that your PC IP address is on the 192.168.1.x subnet. If it says something else, post back the address. Note that the LAN addresses are private (not internet routable), so it is safe to post them.
FWIW, double-NAT isn't as dreadful as some here always say, so if your internet has always worked before, then there is no reason to change anything.
