I've seen some older or IoT devices that struggle with the AX spec. Its supposed to be backwards compatible but sketchy coding on the older or IoT devices can have issues.
Does it connect if you disable AX?
Are you using WPA3? Try disabling that and using WPA2

Thank you - so I have my TP-Link set up with PPPOe and the Orbi in AP mode with everything working...except that bloody iFit device. I tried to set up TP-Link as a Bridge and use Orbi in router mode but could not get that working. I just ran a full Route This test on the netword and it is detecting that I still have a double NAT issue despite the set up. Not sure where to go from here to address the double NAT issue and see if that resolves the iFit device issue. To complicate things, since putting Orbi into AP mode, I can no longer access it from orbilogin.com so I can't even get to the control panel to change it back to router mode or any other setting (the phone app is pretty light on with the advance settings).

And I should correct - I have the Orbi RBR850 hub + two satallites - for some reason that was not an option in the dropdown when setting up this question/post

On last update - I have also tried the option 2 - DMA approach but still getting double NAT - first two pings on a tracert are:

Yay! - Disabling AX on the Orbi router and the device connected no problem. A solution! Thank you so much.
