The router is working, and I have both WiFi and internet, but whenever I try to connect to the router, via either my browser ("192.168.1.1 refused to connect") or the app ("Unable to connect to router"),
What is the IP address of the PC you are testing with?
Desktop (hardwired): 192.168.1.60
iPhone: 192.168.1.14
iPad: 192.168.1.61
Laptop (WiFi): 192.168.1.66
The odd thing (one of the odd things), is that even though I get the "unable to connect to router" message on the screen, if I hit "Device Manager," I can see the 63 devices connected to the network.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to go to the nuclear option and factory reset. I can hear the family yelling now...
