The nuclear option worked. Have no idea why it was necessary, but resetting to factory default and climbing my way back to my own settings finally worked. Daylight savings time saved me, because everyone was still in bed. "Hey, Alexa isn't working!" Well, almost everyone.

What is the IP address of the PC you are testing with?

Desktop (hardwired): 192.168.1.60
iPhone: 192.168.1.14
iPad: 192.168.1.61
Laptop (WiFi): 192.168.1.66
The odd thing (one of the odd things), is that even though I get the "unable to connect to router" message on the screen, if I hit "Device Manager," I can see the 63 devices connected to the network.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to go to the nuclear option and factory reset. I can hear the family yelling now...
