Canot login to Router

Hi

 

Please Please can someone help 

Im sorry to sound stupid and im sure this might have been covered

So I call support who send me a Link to be able to login to my Orbi.

The link does not work

All it keeps asking for is a Serial number , which I provide, username, password , it keeps asking the same info over and over again absolute JOKE

Ive tried clearing the Browsers cache, and Browsers history

  • Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in for 15 seconds then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on.

      I just did what you said which was working anyhow, however im trying to get into my Router, so that I can do the the following, unfortunately im not able to do this as the it keeps asking for password etc, even though what's been entered is correct

       

       

      Im Trying to get into the Router so I can see whats blocked etc as im having trouble getting a device to connect

        So if you disconnect the RBR from the ISP modem and leave 1 wired PC connected to the router and press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Clear all browser caches, then after the front LED starts to pulsate WHITE, enter 192.168.1.1 in to the web browser and walk thru the setup wizard, using the manual setup option, can you get to the home screen?
