Can't find printer on WiFi
HP OfficeJet 8740 All-in-One Printer
Netgear RBKE963B Orbi 960 Series Quad-Band WiFi 6E Mesh System
Apple iMAC Ventura 13.6.4
Recently upgraded from Netgear Nighhawk. Since the upgrade, I can't print consistently due to "printer not on network" issues. I've reloaded drivers and rebooted multiple times, but the problem remains. I do notice that the printer is connected via the 2.4g wifi channel and the Mac is connected via the 5g wifi channel. Does the printer and Mac need to be on the same channel?
Do I need different SSID names for the 2.4g, 5g, and 6g channels?
Thanks in advance for the assist!

No it should still work fine. Or mine does and its from the same manufacturer.
One thing to try is to go into the orbi and resevere the IP address for the printer.
I've seen some printers go on/off the network and it get new IP addresses. This can cause the need to reinstall the printer (if its on a different IP address). Reserving the IP address can fix that if that's the issue.
