Can't Unregister Orbi754 Router

My Orbi AX4200 RBK754 Mesh system won't completely unregister.  The Satellite units unregistered with zero problem.  The Router won't unregister because " services or contracts" still exist for this ...

THANKS ....up to now Support has been useless.  All the unregistering has been tried on MyNetgear.com...satellites unregistered fine, its the router that won't
