What ISP Speed tier package do you pay for UP and Down?
Has this been always happening or just started?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?

Xfinity 1000 down 20 up
Originally started 6+ months ago not being able to connect to my modem from xfinity but service otherwise was ok
Last month they "upgraded" my area and i've had to reboot the modem almost daily
FW version V4.6.14.4_2.3.12
Nothing in event log, attaching connection status and will dm you my serial/mac
I've passed this onto NG, someone should be making contact with you.
