When I want to change my new email adress in the Orbi app
Netgear uses single-sign-on, so you need to change your primary email at my.netgear.com.
After that, you should be able to just enter that email address in the Orbi app. If that doesn't seem to work, try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
