I have been running RBR50 + 5 satellites for a while and it have been pretty solid. i just picked up an RBR850 and 2 RBS850 satellites, but range is not quite enough for the whole house, I need an extra satellite. I did a quick ‘chatgpt’ which suggested I could use the RBS50 to extend the range, saying that particular node would be slower, but it would at least give me the coverage. Anyway, I tried a number of times to connect it, without much success. On one occasion, I thought it had worked, but the SSID was still the factory default, not the same as the main mesh network. Although I could connect to it, it’s not really a solution Am I wasting my time ? Do I need to fork out for another RBS850, or can anyone suggest other things I can try? TIASolvedRBS350 ethernet problem
I have an RBS350 satellite which disconnects from the router when I plug something into the ethernet port. The system has an RBR350 router connected via its WAN port to the internet. There are 2 RBS350 satellites using wireless backhaul. If I plug an access point into the satellite ethernet port then that satellite disconnects from the router. It doesn't always happen straight away, but after a power failure I always need to power off the satellite and access point, then power up the satellite and then the access point in that order. I guess it thinks that the access point ethernet is actually a wired backhaul? Is there a way for force an RBS350 to use wireless backhaul, even if it thinks wired is available? KevinOrbi RBK760 firmware issues

Hi: I was using the product with two satellites for couple of years without any issue. Yesterday detect a problem with some connection and start looking for the issue, so detect in the app that the router has not internet connection (please refer to the picture attached). I tried rebooting, and some advices that found on Internet but nothing solved. The weird was that some advices was connecting to the Orbi network and work... Still trying to find the solution I reinstalled the app, and also tried reinstalled a new Orbi configuration. But now, can´t finish the configuration since the app doesn´t find the orbi router. And still can connect and works some advices to the network (Orbi wifi)... So I don´t have the system in the app, can´t configure it, but the network is working. Any idea? Thanks for helpRBS350 Satellites Won't Connect to RBR750 Router
RBR750 router works fine. Recently neither of my two RBS350 satellites will connect. Router and satellites were factory reset. Reouter's Internet connectivity tested good. Router appears in web-based and app network viewing options. Router firmware is up to date. Attempts to wirelessly connect router and satellites via knowledge base articles don't result in router & satellite sync. Powering down, waiting 3 mintues, powering up, and trying again don't result in router & satellite sync. Connecting router and satellite via Cat5 cable gets the satellite light blue, but the satellite still can't be seen in web-based and app network viewing options. Removing the cable after as long as 30 minutes has the satellite light going from blue to white. What painfully obvious thing am I missing?Orbi RBS750 disappeared
Dear community, I use 1 Orbi RBS750 satellite with my NBR750 router running firmware v4.6.5.11_1.5.66. Recently, I updated my Orbi RBS750 satellite to firmware v7.2.7.15. The satellite kept connecting fine and devices in my network connected to the satellite but it no longer showed up in the Orbi App or on the router portal (it is listed but shows as "disconnected"). Upon realising that the satellite firmware isn't compatible with my router, I manually downgraded it to v4.6.14.3. Again, the satellite connects, as well as devices to it, but it doesn't show up in the App or router portal. I've now tried everything: factory reset on the satellite, factory reset on the router and reconfiguring the network, downgrading the satellite further to v4.6.11.1, removing the satellite from the list of attached devices and re-adding it, adding it through the App, adding it through the router portal, hitting the Sync buttons on one or both devices, combinations of all of the above. I've also tried and failed to upload firmware via ethernet cable and tftp. The reason it fails, as I've noticed, is that I actually can't truly factory reset the satellite - it always boots up to re-connect to the router. I've tried holding "reset" for different durations, unplugging the power once the light turns orange and blinks... Nothing helps. The satellite pops back into the network but invisible. In general, my network is operational, but I'm rather annoyed that I can't manage it properly. Any suggestions?RBR750 won't apply network settings
Starting today after a restart, my RBR750 is no longer applying network settings to laptops. This also seems to have migrated to personal devices as well. So far my IoT devices are still connected. Firmware is up to date. If I manually apply network configuration settings to the laptops, these devices successfully have internet access. How do I fix this issue? And purchasing new isn't an option. If I have to go that route, it will be a different brand for sure.Cannot log into router through orbilogin.net or 192.168.1.1 on RBRE960
I have trying to login into my Orbi RBRE960 through the orbilogin.net and 192.168.1.1 but it will not load. I can log into my other router using the app but when I try to switch routers the app just says device cannot be located. Any ideas will be appreciated. I do not want to do a hard reset. The router and satellites all work and I am using other WiFi devices on them but just cannot log in. I was able to log in about 1 month ago.
