Hi there :) did you get it to go? I just bought one and it's a freaking headache! I think I got ripped off but I am determined at the same time... I can't seem to find any straight forward instructions and ChatGBT is helpful but at the same time has steered me wrong costing me literally hours of time until I realised ie netgear1 not netgear etc. I even went and bought a SAT cable - but it was the wrong one so have to take it back and get a powered one... it's very frustrating isn't it? I just wanted to back up all my music/recordings/plugins etc... jaedster@hotmail.comRBR350 lost connection to satellite
Hi, my RBR350 router (running on latest firmware) worked for 2 years with no problem and now for several months (from feb) I lose my connection to the satellite, and then also no WiFi. I updated the firmware, did an check of my internet connection with my provider but everything looks good. I really don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t use the system now, but need the improved WiFi network. The satellites are connected wireless to the router. Who can help me?WAN port of my RBR850 has been stuck at 100m
I am having the same issue where WAN port of my RBR850 has been stuck at 100m. All other LAN ports are at 1000m. I tried using CAT6 and 6e both, brand new cables, but no luck. The WAN port pins are intact and can't see any damage. Connecting from NBN modem (Australia) to NG RBR850 directly using cat6e. Tried factory reset, latest firmware but doesn't change. Any help would be appreciated. The investment was significant approx $2000 with 4 satellites 3 years ago.MR60 no longer syncs to satellites
MR60 router works fine, and the satellites had worked fine also. I switched the router to being an access point and moved it to another network. The router continues to work fine. The two satellites no longer sync. At the start of this process, I updated the devices. The router shows all three devices as V1.1.7.134, but the satellites are not connected. I am not certain when the satellites went offline. I have powered cycled everything and tried to manually sync the devices. I have moved the satellites next to the router for syncing. Nothing has helped. What options do I have to further troubleshoot and resolve this situation? Thanks!SolvedCan't Access Orbi RBRE 960 After A Reboot
A couple of days ago I used the Orbi app on my android phone to access my router. Just something I do once in a while to check on a remote system. I noticed that one of my satellites was not connected, I have two satellites. I thought that rebooting the router might fix the problem so I initiated a reboot from the app. After the router came back online, I was unable to access it from the app. The message I keep getting on the app leads me to believe that Anywhere Access is not working or enabled on the router now. I have a video server at the remote location that I can log into using TeamViewer so I used that to get access to the local network. On that server I brought up a browser and tried logging in to the router using the 'routerlogin.net' URL as well as the IP address and all I get is a "Connection Refused" message. I've also tried the default IP addresses of 10.0.0.1 and 192.168.1.1 and those don't work either. And yes, I tried other browsers and also cleared cache, etc. I've also been able to reboot the router a couple of times since I have it plugged into a 'Keep Connect' device that allows me to cycle power remotely. The good news is that for now the WiFi is working fine and all devices are connected and have internet access. I've read a few other posts for other Orbi routers that mention having to do a factory reset in order to regain access and go through the setup process again. These posts are not recent though. Since it's probably going to be several weeks before I can get out to that remote location, I thought I'd ask the community if anyone else has run into this problem and has successfully resolved it without having to do a factory reset. I've contacted support and have an open case, but I haven't heard back from them since I opened it. Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated. You should definitely add this feature back because it does cause issues with specific devices. Specifically in my senerio i play a lot of vr games with full body tracking. The trackers themselves communicate with the dongles on the same frequency as 2.4ghz. The radio being on for this band specifically causes tracking issues for the full body tracking. Also seeing as I spent more than half a grand on this router I would expect to have all the features and not have to use a time scheduled workaround.29Views0likes2CommentsBUSTED APP? Now what?
The Nighthawk APP is a mess, do we agree? I get a TIMEOUT that I can do nothing about once I see it. I also get an error on my Chromebook because its says the routerlogin.com work-around isn't a secure website. All your support and instructions say "use the NightHawk app" but it doesn't work!! And I see support telling people that "solutions don't happen overnight." Well how about within a month? Isn't that reasonble? If the tech team cannot fix an app in this time, how are they going to claim to be cutting edge on their technologies? I find this to be unacceptable and I am strongly considering returning my RS300 directly and using another company. The only reason I upgraded to a new router (RS300) is because you are ending support on my AC1000 that has performed flawless. (Credit where credit is due) It's been a minute since I needed to use the NightHawk App, but it's really disappointing to see the lack of urgency here. What large corporations never seem to consider is the WASTED TIME people undergo due to YOUR problems. Let's have some real SUPPORT! -NSD23Views0likes4Comments
