Issue with RBR750 with app
Hi:
I was using the product with two satellites for couple of years without any issue.
Yesterday detect a problem with some connection and start looking for the issue, so detect in the app that the router has not internet connection (please refer to the picture attached).
I tried rebooting, and some advices that found on Internet but nothing solved.
The weird was that some advices was connecting to the Orbi network and work...
Still trying to find the solution I reinstalled the app, and also tried reinstalled a new Orbi configuration. But now, can´t finish the configuration since the app doesn´t find the orbi router.
And still can connect and works some advices to the network (Orbi wifi)...
So I don´t have the system in the app, can´t configure it, but the network is working.
Any idea?
Thanks for help

Can you log into the Orbi's web interface?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellite(s) been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
What firmware version is on the system?
What mobile platform are you using?
What version of the Orbi app are you using?
Happens on a different mobile device?
Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I coudn´t login into web interface. Connection is refused.
FURRYe38 the issue is I have reinstalled the app so need to configure a new one. When follow the steps in the app, the app can´t find the Orbi network (even I am connected in the phone and other peripherals.).
Regarding the firmware is the prior to the latest one. Now since can´t get into app, can´t see the version to mention.
My mobile platform is iOS
The latest, since I reinstalled
I didn´t check from other phone, but all the ones I could check are iOS.
So wrapping up... the issue now is I can´t access to the network from the app, in order to be able to manage it.
Thanks for your help and comments.

You'll need to do a factory reset and setup from scratch. Power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute then back ON. Press the reset button in back of each RBS for 15 seconds then release, then do same for the RBR. Give 5 minutes then walk thru the RBRs set up wizard using a wired PC and web browser:

I might bring the RBS to same room as RBR so you can watch the front LED indications.

Or you can try connecting an mobile device and use Orbi app to set up a new system using the app. I prefer the PC method.

Hi! FURRYe38
Works! The right way was factory reset. Now could access to the whole process of installation through the app.
Regarding the firmware version, I have 7.2.8.2, I have noticed there is a new one, but when ask to check updates through the app, just says there is no new software.
BTW, I never could get to web access, so, couldn´t imagine to try to update manually...
Thanks for your support

Can follow this guide to manually update the system if you want too:
Procedure to Manually Firmware Update Orbi and Nighthawk Mesh systems. | NETGEAR Communities
Glad you go it back up and running and accessible.
Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
