Orbi RBK760 firmware issues
i have a Orbi 760 with 2 satellites , recently i updated the router to newest firmware V6.3.8.11_1.4.83 , now all control functions not working , sleep time , pause internet or security options all not functioning , plus once i reboot i have to setup the network all over again !!
i tried to downgrade to previous firmware but even that not working ,
i need a solution to revert back to earlier firmware that at least works when i reboot !
help please

Please describe how the firmware was updated. (app? web interface? automatic? manual?)
The functions that are not working are part of Smart Parental Controls, correct?
The only way to install an earlier version of firmware is described in this article:

I have tried to upload firmware to sattelite but it keep redirecting to blank page , or page isn't loading
I managed now to downgrade the router , but satellites stays at higher version
