RB760 cable upload speed capped at 100mbsp
If I connect my laptop through a cable to my orbi, the download speed is correct at 1gbps, but my upload speed is capped at 100mbps.
If I unplug my orbi and connect my laptop directly to the internet, the upload speed is correct.
How can I fix this?
Upload speed through wifi is als correct at 1gbps. I hope someone can help me.

Have you tried swapping out the cable used to connect the laptop to the router?

Yes I did, I used both cat6 and cat7 cables

So you have Symentric ISP speeds UP and down from the ISP?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Brand and model# of the laptop?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, IPv6, Traffic Meter.

Possible with this system, the 760 series may not have full symetric ISP speed support. The 760 series is based of NGs 350 series, a fairly low end system. Not sure if these ever supported symetric speeds at 1Gb on the UP. Something you might contact NG support about and ask.
Possible there maybe some mishandling in between your ISP modem and the RBR as well as I see thats a modem with router built in:
You are seeing 1000Mpbs on the RBRs WEB UI under Advanced tab/Internet section/Show stats WAN port?
Orbi Web UI → Advanced → Administration → Show Statistics: confirm the WAN port and the LAN port your laptop uses both show 1000M Full.
Move the laptop to a different Orbi LAN port and retest.

Router Firmware Versie V6.3.8.5_1.4.80
ISP router is Zyxel EX5601-T1
Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad G6
"
Something you can try, Install a 1Gb non managed switch in between the ISP Modem and the RBR WAN port. ONLY connect these two to this switch. Then test with your laptop ethernet connected to the RBR.
If possible, place a simple 1Gb unmanaged switch in between and retest (laptop ↔ Orbi LAN).

Yes I have
Router Firmware Versie V6.3.8.5_1.4.80
ISP router is Zyxel EX5601-T1
Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad G6
I have disabled everything, restarted the orbi router, but problem remains

Assuming that "1G" is an approximation and the actual speed displayed is slightly under (i.e. above 900Mbps, but less than 1000Mbps).
Is the 100Mbs speed also "slightly less"?
The question FURRYe38 asked about what the router shows for the WAN port on the "Show Stats" page is important.

Yes, that's the case. Download is now 1063 mbps and upload 109 mbps
The WAN port shows 1000M/Full
I will get a switch tomorrow and try to connect it in between my orbi and laptop- FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
What configuration were you using for this result?
