Combining Orbi systems
Hello,
I have an RBR750 router and RBS750 satellite. I want to send the internet down to a granny flat.
I ask the person in the granny flat to get a set of satellites for this system but they couldn’t as they don’t seem to be available anymore.
Instead they purchased a RBR760 router and RBS760 satellite.
The issue I am having is in connecting the satellite from outside the system. They S760 will connect to the 750 system but then drop off suddenly and it won’t reconnect. Same happens if I connect the S750 to the 760 system.
I have read of some people having this or a similar set up work with no issue and others who have had similar issues. However I haven’t had any success with their recommendations and I’m hoping for further assistance.
Both system’s firmware is up to date and work 100% independently. It’s just combining them is an issue.

do you have ethernet ran to the granny flat?
You could always connect the 2nd system to the first with the 2nd in access point mode.

How far is the distance from home to granny flat?
