Dell laptop with intel Wireless-AC 3160 can not see orbi RBR750
I have a dell laptop running windows 10 which can not see the SSID from my Orbi RBR750 router. This is the only device I have that is having this problem. The laptop contains an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 wifi adapter, and when I check for driver updates the returned message is that I already have the newest. I also tried searching via the Dell website for my specific machine, and it also says no update available. So I am stuck. If anyone else can shed further light here, it will be appreciated.
what actual driver version is installed?
I was surprised to see that intel actually pulled the driver for all those models so its not accessible anymore. You might have to check into their support forum. I found 1 post that had achieved the drivers that you could try.

Does this laptop display neighbor WiFi SSIDs?
Can you enable a Guest WiFi SSID and see if the laptop detects it?
Can you temporarily disable the AX feature on the Orbi and see if that makes a difference?

Yes, the dell laptop can see other wifi networks.
The dell laptop can not see the guest network either.
I don't see any setting in the RBR750 to disable AX
