Device stopped connecting to router

My Samsung TV has been working flawlessly for years and connecting to the Orbi RBR850 until a few days ago. Dropped connection and won't reconnect. Error says 'Network connection failed'. Have tried power cycling the TV, resetting the TV, router and modem. TV won't connect to the Guest network, either. TV will connect with my cell hotspot without any trouble, though, so seems the problem is with the network.

 

Everything else is connecting to the network and functioning normally. This one is driving me crazy and would appreciate any advice on what to try next.

  • Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
