Devices not connected to specific satellite | ORBI RBS750

Hi

I'm looking for help, some time ago I bought a new satellite to add in my orbi network having a total of 3 satellites and 1 router (RBR750). When I added this satellite, I immediately noticed that firmware was outdated, I have updated to the latest firmware all the satellites and router (V7.2.6.31). The issue is that one satellite (it could be the new or one that I already had in the network) is not attaching any device into the network even if you are next to it, it connects to the second satellite closer. I'm not sure if this has to do because it needs to be far away each satellite from other, but they are relative close (around 16ft to 22ft) but they are blocked by a wall as they are in each individual room.

If I restart the device, it attach devices for around 5 minutes and then they start to detach and attach to other satellite. I have restarted all the system and the issue still persist, I tried again few hours ago and now the satellite that wasn't working, not is attaching devices but the issue moved to another satellite and now the other satellite is not attaching any devices.

Looking for help to determine if this could be related due to distance between each satellite? or is a bug related?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?

What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

There are some known issues users have been posting about v.31 since it released. We can't recommend using it and if problems can't be fully resolved, we recommend reverting the RBS first then RBR back to v.21 FW as it's the most stable FW.

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)
1st Satellite is around 36ft from router
2nd Satellite is around 15ft from router

3rd Satellite is around 40ft from router

All of these are in individual rooms that are concrete walls

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?

I tried with one RBS turned off and yes, issue still hapenning

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?

It only detects wired device, wireless device is not attaching but I have seen behaviors before troubleshooting the issue and restarting where the devices are not showing in the android app or through the browser even with a wired device

What channel configurations are currently set on the router?

Based on Wireless Settings in the router, these are the channels

      2.4ghz - Automatic channel

      5ghz - 48

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Yes - I tried that few time ago but issue still occurs, for some time it was working fine but I had to do a restart and I started to notice the issue again

I will try reverting to V7.2.6.21 and monitor if the issue still happens with this version

"2nd Satellite is around 15ft from router" Maybe too too close to the router.

All of these are in individual rooms that are concrete walls" this will play a roll in how devices connect and the system operates. Concrete and steel will inhibit good signal travel and coverage and possibly cause connection issues with devices connecting to the RBR or RBS. Something that is hard to control.

Not sure if adjusting the power on the RBRs web page could help or make it worse since you have concrete in the mix:

        Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

Can give this a try and see.
