DHCP issues after reboot

There may be some confusion (or perhaps a typo?) in the Original statement:

If a device (the TV?) has an IP address of 10.0.0.40, then the gateway address is almost certainly 10.0.0.1. 8.8.8.8 is one of the IP addresses for Google DNS.
Could you please confirm:
- The IP address assigned to the WAN port on the RBR750 router?
- That the 750 router is acting as a DHCP server and what the DHCP 'pool' range is (start to end)?
- That the AT&T unit is no longer broadcasting WiFi?
That no devices in the house are configured to use the ATT WiFi? (if they are and the AT&T is no longer active, then those devices are "cut off"
