Disable SIP ALG on RBR750

I have an ORBI RBR750 router in our home office that works very well for VoIP calls on one vendors cloud service.  I have to supply a new handset for another vendor's cloud service to a client and was provisioning the handset.  It wouldn't work, and after extensive testing the technicians keep asking if SIP ALG is disabled.  After logging in to the Orbi 750 settings I cannot find anywhere that shows SIP ALG on this hardware.  
Can anyone give some guidance on the topic of SIP ALG disabling on the ORBI RBR750?  If my VoIP system is working with the router, I believe the SIP ALG must be disabled but I can't be 100% sure as it's not in the settings.

      Thanks for your help, but unfortunately that's a little too brief on the explanation. I'm not quite understanding all that you've given in your technical detail.

        It either works or doesn't. If your system and VOIP is working, then you can leave SIP as is. If it's not working, then try disabling SIP at the location path given on the RBR. Most of the time SIP doesn't need to be disabled.
