Download light blinking (download really slow)

V2.5.0.24_1.0.8

 

I am having issue to where the internet is having slow download and upload speeds. I noticed that the download light if flickering and shouldn't be. 

 

I will attach current logs. Firmware is all up to date.

I cannot even look at cable connection because it says it didn't send any data.

      got a copy of the cable connections page? Shows upstream/downstream values
