Download slower than upload Orbi RBKE963

Question

I am working with a friend who is having slower download than upload when using the Orbi, but not when connected to his Verizon CR1000A.Please help!!

"Slower" as in:

A few megabits difference, or
100's of megabits difference?

Is the Orbi in router or Access Point (AP) mode?

It is 1000ish down/200ish up. I had my friend confirm and he has 1Gb both up and down.&nbsp;It is setup as a router.

If it really is 1000 down and 200 up, I would not be concerned (who has that much to upload?)
Doesn't AT&amp;T have a speed test on their phone 'app' that reports up/down speed to their unit?

Thank you for your assistance.&nbsp;Is it normal for an Orbi connected to a Verizon modem to get 850 down/150 up on a 1Gb connection?
