Every time I check for updates, I get "Service unreachable"
I didn't know that there was a 2nd version, but surprised to know it exists. I haven't been able to get a firmware update on my BRKE953 (costco spec), and wondering if I can use the RBKE963 firmware that has been rolling out? Every time I check for updates, I get "Service unreachable"

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Sometimes the NG services may not be working correctly as well so may report what your seeing.
The AXE owner also had problems with continuous "service unreachable": https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/RBRE950-Firmware-Update-problem/td-p/2242317. Rebooting seems to have helped.
