I'm doing speedtest by ookla in the app from android and also from windows (when doing it via ethernet)

That measures the speed between your Android device and the Internet. It does not measure the speed between the Orbi router and the Internet or the satellites and the Internet.
If you use the Orbi app, you can measure the Internet Speed. That's the speed between the modem and the Internet.
The Orbi app also has a tile for WiFi Analytics. That will check the speed speed of the Wifi connection from the device that your Android device is talking to.
You might like to check those measurements to remove the Ookla app from the variables.
As CrimpOn says, a lot depends on how you measure things.

That may depend more on the Android devices you are using than the Orbi system.

With this new ISP I have access to the PPPoE credentials and I was able to put the ONT as bridge and use my orbi as the main router.
