What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?Have you enabled Guest Network on the RBRs web page and set a Custom SSID name to easily identify it on wifi devices?

Hey! I did what the link said and I changed the name of the guest network and now I can see it. What an easy fix after two hours of searching. Thank you!!
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
