Hacked

I own a RBK753 (also referred to as RBR750) Wi-Fi 6 system. A month or so ago, I was hacked and find myself locked out and completely at a loss. I tried recouping my access using orbilogin (which I successfully competed with new mail and password) except I remain locked out of my router and the unknown email account still in control. Is there any way to get back control without having to reset to factory settings?

Might be worth checking with any roommates/family member with you. Usually it those with access that change things.

A strong login password is highly recommended when you do set it back up.

The factory reset path is safest, as the hacker might have made changes to settings or firmware that you need to undo.
