Harmony Hub Not Attaching to New Orbi RBR853
Hi. Just bought an Orbi AX6000 RBR853+2 satellites, to replace my Linksys Velop. Everything has connected to the new network, EXCEPT my Harmony Hub. The hub connected to the Velop fine, but it will not connect/pair with the Orbi.
I have tried:
1. turning it off/on
2. pressing the reset button and trying all 3 reset options
3. changing to a more powerful power cord
4. the manual connection option using bluetooth
5. etc.... everything ever posted on the web for this problem.
I cannot see it on my network, so it does no good to try the scan all IP addresses.
On my Orbi I just have the one primary network setup: no guest, IoT, etc.
Does ANYONE have an actual answer for this? Thanks very much!
SOLUTION: I did a factory reset on the hub and remote. The process went smoothly!

You've posted to the wrong forum. This forum is for Orbi Pro users, and is not very active.
The forum you want to post to is:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-WiFi-6-AX-and-WiFi-6E-AXE/bd-p/en-home-orbi-ax
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Try disabling AX mode on the RBR under Basic Tab/Wireless settings and set CTS to 2347 Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
