Having issues adding 2 pack to newly set up 3 pack

I just purchased an AX6000, 3 pack, over the weekend and set it up successfully with zero issues. Guess I wrongly assumed that adding a 2 pack of the same generation would be as seamless… I’ve tried multiple times to press sync buttons, to move new devices closer to original Router, and have had zero luck. I did read that the systems do come preconfigured to the ones they ship with, and just read a thread that seemed similar to mine. The reply solution which seemed successful to the thread owner was about taking a lan cable from new router to existing and changing the FW info on the new router match the old. I am pretty capable when it comes to technology but I have a few problems while trying to do this. First off, is there no automated way to tell the new router it is to grab existing routers FW info and act as first addtl Sat? What the heck does FW entail? How am I supposed to know the IP of the new router to access it thru my web browser and change all the info to match existing router if said new router is not up and running, accessible, for me to access via app and find out IP?
So many questions.. lol. Really wish that the adding process was a bit more user friendly and seamless.
I should’ve known that this process wouldn’t be just plug and play like
The fellow at Best Buy told me it would be. I even asked if the new router will know just to run as 1 of the 2 addtl sats I’m adding when purchasing this 2 pack, and he said, “simple as that” LOL.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. My brain most likely will not let go of this issue and sleep until I can figure it out !!
Thank you in advance to any and all input!

Need to make sure all RBS are loaded with same version of firmware as the main RBR unit.

Ok sounds simple enough, but am I able to do this the simplest way I see using just my phone by adding a new orbi system, with the new router and sat. To update the firmware, via the app. And then removing them
From that new network and try adding them
As additional Sats to the existing system with my first 3?

Ya set up the 2nd system normally and get the RBS updated.
Might give this a try with a wired PC or laptop but if phone and orbi app work to get that system online and updated, go for it.
