Help : RBRE960 Reboots Problem

Hopefully we can help you here, but we need a bit more information about your setup and environment.
1. What brand/model of modem/ont is the 960 plugged into?
2. What is the speed you subscribe to from your ISP and who is your ISP?
3. What version of firmware is currently on router? Are the satellites on the same version?
4. How large is the home that the 960 is servicing, how far apart are the satellites, and are you using wired backhaul or wireless?
5. If wired, are you using any switches and if so, what brand/model.
6. Do you by any chance have the following setting enabled> (see picture below)
Any answers you can provide can help us assist you in figuring out this issue.
