Hi FURRYe38
As per your questions:
Firmware: 7.2.7.15
Mfr and model from ISP: ZTE F670l
ISP: This is from Mexico, this is called Telmex
IPv6 not enabled in Orbi, but I'm not pretty sure, but when configuring the WAN in the ISP ONT, I see they have a non editable value for the IP version and it has IPv4/v6 selected.
DNS is in auto-detect, this is assigned by the ISP
Yesterday I tried few of the suggested things, this is what I did:
- Change cable (I have a cat8 but changed to cat6) -> Same behavior
- Tested directly from cable in the netgear orbi -> Same behavior
- Connected to ISP ONT -> Issue is not happening
After playing with some configurations I wasn't able to figure out why I get those peaks in Orbi Router but not in the ISP ONT, based on a tutorial document how to put on bridge mode the ISP ONT, you have to enable VLAN and put certain VLAN, I'm not pretty sure if that could be the path to follow for troubleshooting, but I saw orbi has an option for VLAN, when I go there and enable VLAN, it appears the same VLAN ID from the ISP, but when I apply the settings I can't connect to the orbi not even the configuration through orbilogin.com and I don't have other choice than reset the orbi.
I'm almost sure (maybe I'm wrong), that I have to set a value from the ONT into ORBI, but I'm missing this one.
I hope you guys can bring more light into this issue :D
