How can I downgrade satellite FW while it cannot connect to router?
I used to have my RBS350 and RBR750 connected and worked perfectly. But it started disconnecting a while back. I found that fw versions are RBR750 7.2.6.21 and RBS350 4.6.14.3. I found that 4.6.14.3 is not supposed to be a version for 350. Guess there was something wrong with auto fw update. I would like to downgrade 350 fw and see hows going. However how can I now downgrade 350 fw while it is not disconnected from router?

You need to downgrade the RBR back to v4 FW.
Your RBR and RBS are apart of a 650 series that the RBR and RBS need to be on same version of FW. The v7 FW is not compatible between the RBR750 and RBS350.

Would it be the same as RBK653? Thanks
Yes. RBR needs to be downgraded to v4 FW.
