how to set up Orbi AX6000 (RBK854) & EAX80 to CAX80 Router Modem
I have a one story 4000 sq ft house and 500 long ft driveway going to my horse barn. I have cat 6 ethernet throughout my property going to middle of my driveway and to the barn. I have ip cameras, TV streaming, gaming and several portable devices. The setup I have right now is very unstable with frequent drops in internet. I have very poor cell signal, so I need wifi assist on my phones. I really like the CAX80 wifi coverage and speed, but I need reliable and consistent wifi expanded throughout my property. I just purchased ORBI AX6000 (RBK854) for the house coverage and two EAX80 for driveway (have cat6 & power wired to weatherproof box in the driveway) and barn. How to configure CAX80 with ORBI AX6000 and EAX80 for best coverage. I will have two Orbi satelites connected via ethernet and one wirelesly. Both EAX80 will be connected via ethernet.

The orbi won't do 500ft. Neither will ethernet. Ethernet maxes out at just over 300ft. Unless you have a switch or something in there to pick up the signal and rebroadcast.
For that range, your best bet is a point to point system.
And then you go over having an LTE hotspot but wanting a CAX80.
Do you have cable from an ISP?
Who's your isp?
this is all a bit disjointed.

My isp is Comcast. Yes, I do have powered switches every 100ft. I do not need LTE. since my cell service is very poor, I use wifi calling on my iphone and it has worked just fine for several years. I want to make sure that I get consistent wifi signal. I've had the CAX80 for 10 months and it has excellent wifi coverage, but I need the wifi coverage expanded in every corner of my house so I don't loose signal in certain areas. I need to know how to configure CAX80 to work with Orbi in my house. Since CAX80 is a router modem combo, I am wondering if the CAX80 is better router than the Orbi router. Which should I use as the main router and which should I enable AP mode. Most devices on my property are ethernet connected and they function fine, but I am trying to get a good and reliable wifi coverage throughout, for all my wify devices like ipads, iphones and wireless laptops. Any suggestions?
For your size of home only, 4000sq ft should only need the CAX80 and maybe one or two extenders. When I had my CAX80 running in router mode with wifi, I used two EX7700s to help cover my 5000sq ft home. No problems.
I also have an Orbi 8 series and works well with the CAX80 in router mode or in modem only mode. I use the CAX80 mostly in modem only mode and when I use the Orbi 8 series, its in router mode, however also works in AP mode as well. RBR and two RBS.
