HP Officejet Pro 8620 Cannot Connect to Internet

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the printer connected to the main WLAN, IoT network or via Ethernet?
What security modes are being used on the Orbi router? WPA2 only or Mixed Mode WPA2/WPA3?
Something to check with HP support about as well.
Thank you for your response. Firmware version - v7.7.15. Mfr is Netgear / Model AX 6000. The printer is connected to WLAN 2.4 GHZ WiFi. I went into settings and toggled "loT" to the on position. Orbi router security mode is WPA2. I turned on loT because it says it works well for older devices. However; still no luck.
You'll need to make contact with the printers Mfrs support for help and support information regarding there product.
