then I have to login

but I don't know to fil in

My login to the netgear site is not the same

    Try getting to the recovery screen by entering the PW 3 times. Then see if you can get in here. 

     

    If that fails, You'll need to factory reset the system and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. 

     

    What model Orbi do you have?

    I understand that you are unable to log into your Orbi's Administration portal (orbilogin.net) using your passwords or your security questions. Unfortunately, you will need to perform a factory reset your Orbi Mesh system.
