I can’t connect to the app or computer to my RBR750 settings

I can’t connect to the app or computer to my RBR750 settings. I called support and they had my try TFTP and that didn’t work. I don’t want to do a factory reset and they told me to post here on what I should do.

  • To regain access to the RBRs web page, you'll need to factory reset the RBR by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds then release. Disconnect the RBR from the ISP modem/ONT. Wire connect 1 PC or laptop to the back of the RBR and use a web browser at HTTP and 192.168.1.1 and walk thru the setup wizard.

      Is there another solution where I don’t factory reset? I would need to get centurylink to revive me the ppoe and other settings. Then have a lot of devices I would need to reconnect.
      The support people said getting my serial higher on the firmware push list or something?

        What actual issue are you having? 

        You just can't connect to it? That doesn't tell us much. What error is it giving you? 

        Is it working? 

        What the led's on it doing? 

        what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

        If you're using an ios device, make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
