I cannot connect via browser or via the app
I am having the same issue with my RBR750. I cannot connect via browser or via the app. Trying to see if there is any alternative to a hard reset.

What IP address is your PC or laptop getting from the RBR when ethernet connected behind the RBR?
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox.
Try a different PC
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
