Yes, v.15. Yes, that’s what I’m thinking but don’t know why. Apple ax has an extender capability but that should be disabled as it’s just being used to provide streaming to a McIntosh multi room amp
its been running for 48hrs now w/o issue. Pretty certain Apple AX was the device causing the issue. I believe that when the new TV was installed the AX cable might have been disconnected/reconnected to the wrong port (LAN vs WAN). I didn't take it any further and since the device is so old I just replaced it with an that has integrated network.
Is there a product link to this Apple AX device? Just like to see what this device is.

They were a very reliable solution that you could attach to analog audio output for airplay streaming. Combined with Satellite you had on/off, volume an EQ. Might be the first time I touched in 10 years…RIP:)
