What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Using ISP Detected DNS or custom DNS?
Is IPv6 Enabled or disabled?
Ask you ISP to help you with the DMZ/IP Pass thru feature on the BGW320 gateway for the RBR in router mode. Don't use the DMZ/IP pass thru for AP mode.
