I have updated my Orbi to 7.2.6.21

I have updated my Orbi to 7.2.6.21, but I live within Europe, and now I'm having connection issues.. Now what? (The "It's not for europe" notification wasn't there when I downloaded it)

  • After downloading the prior v6 FW files, Be sure to downgrade all RBS first, then the RBR lastly:

    Use a wired PC and web browser to send the FW files the RBS web page then RBR web page.

     

    After you have downgrade the system, be sure to disable Auto Update found on the RBRs web page under Advanced tab/Administration/Firmware Update

      Ah, can I backup my settings and restore them in the downgraded version? But, will do that tomorrow then.

        You can however try the downgrade first then after the units are downgraded, power them OFF for 1 minute then back ON with the RBR first then RBS then test and check the system to see if problem is there or not with out loading any backup config.
