I just got a brand new Orbi 6 AX4200 RBK753

I just got a brand new Orbi 6 AX4200 RBK753. It has dropped internet connection with the router showing solid magenta/red and won’t reconnect or resolve the error without a power off reset for the router. Modem working just fine.
I’m in Australia, it’s $1000 for this product here. I am taking it back for a refund.

    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

        Does your ISP service the modem with a least time out by chance? 

        Seen others report that your ISP has a short least time out. Wondering if this would be happening and causing the RBR to drop from the modem. Modem may not be re-establishing the connection with the RBR for unknown reasons.
