I still have no admin access via a web browser or the iPhone app
I still have no admin access via a web browser or the iPhone app. I have waited a month for this to be resolved and I see that the problem even started before that. I have sent multiple PM's (sending my SN) that went without reply. I have rebooted the router almost daily in hopes that new firmware fixed things. No luck. I guess Netgear broke my router access, shut down any communication about it, and I am left to clean it up myself with a factory reset. I paid the premium on this wifi system so I don't have to worry about it. So it would just work. I have never been so disappointed in a "big purchase". Needless to say, I will not be buying a Netgear product in the future and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

You'll need to factory reset and setup the router from scratch using a wired PC and web browser. Walk thru the setup wizard at HTTP and 192.168.1.1.
After the RBR is setup and running, you should be able to log in to the RBR using the Orbi app. Make sure Local Networking IS enabled on the Apple device:
I recommend if your system is not updated to v.2, Update the RBS first then the RBR lastly:
